Great customer service. They are always willing to help schedule and reschedule make up lessons. Very friendly staff with the owner of the shop being one of the piano instructors.

Great place for lessons. My daughter takes cello lessons here. There are couches for the parents to hang out on and coffee if your thirsty. The cello lessons are in an enclosed area. The teacher is from out of town so it's an online setting with a nice size monitor.
My daughter started working with the H&H Music Studio in 2012 (when she was 12). Right away her motivation to practice and play, and her skill level skyrocketed!! She loves to practice, works independently, teaches herself music, and continues to be motivated by her amazing instructor. I highly recommend the studio if you and your child, or you yourself, are ready to be in an environment where the bar is set high, the instruction is supportive, and the results are awesome.
Amazing place for music adventures of all kinds and ages. Definitely was surprised to find such a wonderful place in Plattsburgh
Ms. Haby is a fantastic teacher! She is great with kids.
