Incredible service. They were not offering the tests I needed and helped me find alternative places (read competitors). The lady I spoke with was patient, very understanding and an outstanding person. Because of her, I highly recommend the place as I would believe she’s a good representation of the whole staff. I highly recommend Plattsburgh WellNow Urgent Care. The practice is clean and they are well organized. I traveled from Vermont to get a Covid test, as WellNow doesn’t require a referral. I used their online, user friendly website to make an appointment. Hannah took me in at the scheduled time and brought me to an exam room, where Chris promptly took vitals and did the swabs for the Covid test. Next the Provider, Ashley, delivered the Rapid test results and asked if I had questions. I had a positive experience with this Urgent care site. Everyone was friendly, courteous and highly professional.

I have a great health practitioner but when I was scratched by a stray cat on a Sunday morning I decided to go to WellCare Urgent Center. I was scratched significantly on my arm and hand which has lymphedema and knew I would need an antibiotic to avoid infection. The Physician Assistant was knowledgeable and kind. She did make a couple of attempts to contact the MD on call who did not respond promptly but the PA was fantastic!

Amazing experience and even better customer service!! I showed up late on a Tuesday evening to find out that there were no appointments available. I called and spoke with Sara on the phone and not only was she super friendly she also was able to get me in in less than 20 minutes. All of the staff was super friendly the facility was as clean and sterile as you’d hope given our current health emergency. I would not hesitate to visit again.
