Wonderful Experience! I was hesitant at first b/c of some of the negative comments, however those appear to relate to previous ownership and I couldn't be happier with the service and quality of the swing-set we bought for Christmas this year. It was installed by them today and looks amazing! The manager at the store was so patient and helpful in going over the different options with me and was great to get to see what the sets looked like in person. Our son love it and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a set for Christmas. Can't beat the quality at the prices they offer.

Playnation is amazing! We visited the showroom several times to decide which playset would best fit our backyard and would grow with our son. The staff (especially Elizabeth) was wonderful and always very helpful on every visit. Install day was seamless. Chris was very professional and answered any questions we had. Would definitely recommend Playnation to anyone looking for safe and quality play equipment!!
Never pick up the phone! I bought a play set and wanted to order some accessories. They took 3 weeks to ship a swing to Suwanee GA. Even their Canton location (main location) has no idea when you call them. Poorly run business!
We’ve had the best experience with this company. The first playset we chose wasn’t perfect for our yard and they helped us choose the perfect one, even though it meant a little less in their pocket. We absolutely recommend them and wish everyone could have a Playnation set!

I scheduled two weeks out, which I thought was absurd. It's ridiculous they need that much lead time. Then, the day arrived for installation. Although they have my 2,000, they had no record of me and I was not on the schedule. Their suggestion? I wait another week to have it installed after I had promised my kid that it would be installed today. If I could give them negative stars, I would. I better get my 2K back is all I can say or I will be parked in the parking lot with a sign that says Playnation will take your .
I ordered my 2 year olds play set at the beginning of summer this year we got it up and running by the first week and all, But i didn't get everything i ordered as in the babysitter swing. I called and called them every week for that one item. So i had to call corporate to get it out to me. They got it to my by the end of the summer i hope we could still enjoy it till it gets colder out. I was also promised stain for the plates and i never got it all i got was a lot of attitude from the people at this location. truthfully if you want better customer service i would use this one as my last resort if you can't find anything better. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
