I want to thank everyone from the reception to nurses and Dr. all of them make me feel at ease when I was admitted into the ER. All showed a genuine care for their patients. Thank you all !!

All of my kids were born here and the staff has always been amazing... except one time when we ran into a doctor that was a pointy object. But that was a blip. We’ve had child births, emergencies, orthopedic care, and surgeries here. Always great. My 80 year old mother in-law is here now for multiple complications. The staff is responsive and communicative with the family. The surgical team has been amazing for multiple procedure on different systems. The assessments and diagnostics have been spot-on. The facility is always clean and fashionable. We are blessed that this facility is in our back yard.

My fiance had surgery here yesterday and had to stay overnight. The over night staff was absolutely exceptional. Raul was his nurse and he did an excellent job monitoring his condition checking on him hourly and making sure to stay on top of his meds. The day staff was not so great. No one seemed to have any answers and they were not very attentive whatsoever.

For such a nice town this hospital emergency room area is incredibly run down and dirty. I’m surprised Stanford Health leaves their name on this place! Wait time was pretty short which was the only good thing about the experience. I’m glad I didn’t have a more serious issue to be tended to because it definitely does not seem like the staff is happy to be there!

Horrible facility. I came in with abdominal pain and they told me they didn't know what was wrong and sent me home. I saw one of their GI \specialists\ named James Lin who told me I had an ulcer from taking advil and gave me meds. The meds stopped working and I suffered immeasurably for over a year. They kept telling me to wait for it to heal and just give it time. I finally went to a doctor in SF who discovered the real problem (yeast overgrowth) and was able to treat it. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE!
