Running a pest control business that uses as much equipment as we do needs to have a top notch repair shop. These guys are timely and prepared for anything we need to throw their way, 100% recommend giving them a shot. Customer service is fantastic as well.
The first time I went to Don's Small Engine Repair was 11 years ago to purchase a zero turn riding mower. At that time, Jeff, the owner, informed me that a competitor was offering a similar mower with upgraded features for the same price as the model he was selling. Jeff acknowledged he would likely lose the sale, but felt he had an obligation to inform me of the sale at another business. I recall thinking to myself that I found a business owner who is honest and a man of integrity. I did purchase the riding mower from his competitor, but vowed to myself that all future purchases of lawn equipment would be made from Don's. Since then I have purchased a snowblower, chain saw, leaf blower, and weed trimmer from Don's, and all of the items have been serviced/repaired at Don's. Customer satisfaction is a priority to Jeff and his employees. I am a loyal customer and will remain so.
Very trustworthy business! I put a deposit down on a mower over a year ago and I didn't complete the purchase, the owner contacted me and said to come back in and pick up my deposit that had I forgot all about. Thank you!
