We LOVE our “new” deck! LivingSpace Detroit turned our ordinary screened room into a 3 season room. We are so pleased with being able to use our room from early Spring up to early December, or whenever the weather cooperates with warmer temperatures. Everyone who worked on the project were very friendly and helpful. I’ve truly not had any better customer service than with this company. LivingSpace Detroit installed 2 sets of custom bifold doors and they turned out great. Their communication was great and the team kept us up to date throughout the entire process. The installation went smoothly and they cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend LivingSpace Detroit, no need to go anywhere else!
We're so happy with our three season sunroom! It's a beautiful relaxing space that we've been enjoying all summer. A great place for meals, to sit and read or just enjoy the view of our backyard. Our cats love it too! A small space heater was all it took to give us extra gathering and eating space for our family Christmas party. Everyone was friendly, professional, and responded quickly to all our questions. All around quality workmanship. This was a wonderful addition to our home.
Great experience start to finish, from our first meeting with Taylor through the final walk-through. Proposal was clear, price reasonable, and they finished the install earlier than expected. The Livingspace install crew as well as their subcontractors were courteous and professional. Matt and Taylor were meticulous during the final checks, didn’t leave till they felt everything was perfect. Finished room and deck blend perfectly with the house. Entire family loved having our sunroom in time for Christmas!
Tom and I wish that we could give LivingSpace Sunrooms Detroit a higher than five-star rating. The initial call from Valerie in response to a Home Advisor request for quote showed us that LivingSpace Sunrooms Detroit was different from the other companies that contacted us. Our initial meeting with Taylor through our last communication with him felt the same: LivingSpace Sunrooms puts customer service at the top of its priorities. Valerie continued to share updates about material production, work progress, and crew scheduling. The crew, including Matt and Mitch, were always professional and responsive with a strong work ethic. Our finished sunroom is more than what we dreamed it could be and everything that Taylor and Valerie promised it would be. Thank you so much for everything.
