Years ago I was purchasing a condo in the Westland area, I was initially working with a large corporate title company for the transaction but I was not happy with the lack of detailed information and customer service, I felt like just a number. I started looking around for a smaller mom and pop style title company, I wanted to fully understand the material and continue to learn about buying/selling on a more personal level. I stopped by Tri-County title and was met by Robert, (owner) his customer service was amazing, I have used him 4 times for property transactions since, not only has each experience been professional, but I have learned so much in the process due to the hospitable/personal experience, always willing to answer questions with a positive attitude. After my experiences with Robert & his sons @ Tri-County Title, I would not consider using another title company in the Detroit Metro area, save yourself the pain of working with a corporate style title company and give Robert a call, his team will take great care of you and your transaction.
