The CDC now is moving towards a 7-day quarentine. What good is it to get a COVID test that isn't available for 5-7 days???? Unbelievable that we are almost 9 months - the gestation period of a human being - into the pandemic and the best we can do is a COVID test with results in 5-7 days. People will surely die as a result of this stunning ineptitude.

As a lot of others have reported before this the receptionists where nice, the doctors have absolutely NO bedside manor, and can’t figure anything out and miss diagnosis everything. Needed to go to another doctor and got everything sorted. Avoid this place like it’s the plague.

I checked in before I arrived but still waited more than 3 hours to then be told they'd run out of rapid antigen covid tests earlier in the day. There was no communication between the front office staff and the medical staff. If there had been, I could have saved 3 hours of a workday. It wasn't even busy, they were just extraordinarily slow.

This urgent care massively miscommunicated about important results. I received a Covid-19 test here. The doctor explained that I would receive my results within 3-5 business days. After not receiving them on the third day, I called the fourth day at the urgency of my employer (had to miss work until results came in). I was told rather rudely that my results were not ready and not to call back--I would be called when they came in. On the fifth business day, I called again, this time speaking to someone else. My results had come in on day three and nobody contacted me. I didn't even receive a proper apology and this caused my work and day to day life to be put on hold. I understand the pandemic has caused chaos, but things like this should be handled better. Will not come back.
