This place is the worst all they do is lie.We called the emergency system multiple times and when they do answer they say that they would send someone down to come but they never come.We had no water and electricity for almost 2 weeks.The pipe bursted because of bad weather and my house got flooded with other because of it, and we told them multiple times that this happened nobody came down to help.My house was flooded with water for about 4 days and they finally came down to help after we had an argument.Polo Club is the worst and I suggest you to not come here.

The emergency system is very bad they always say that they would send someone to come but they never do.Their emergency system don't pick up the phone when you call them.We called 29 times and they didn't pick up.My home was flooded with water because the pipes busted because if the weather and they never came to dry the carpets or fix the pipes.We didn't have water or for almost a week.I suggest you guys to not come here.

Please please please don’t come to this place you may get cheep but it’s only deference 100 but you may get 500 problem now we don’t have water 1 week and 5 days no electricity now they don’t answer the phone at all

The emergency maintenance very bad. When you call the operator, she says their on the way, and it takes them a few minutes to come. It takes them hours to arrive. If you have a water leak in your apartment. You have to find a way to solve the issue before they arrive. They are very irresponsible.

This place parking lote is overcrowded you can't have no visitors.we love our apartment but can't wsit for my lease to be up we leave under a couple with 4 kids. They run.jump.and hit the floor all day and every day we haven't had a peaceful day since we move here we make to many complaints but nothing is been done smh

Can’t wait till my lease is up last week had no hot water for four days me and my kids had to heat water on a stove and take wash offs true I could have went to a relative house and true water is free but think about how cold it is and it’s flu season plus you see all types of animals I have never stayed in a roach infested place plus big spiders this was my first apartment and can’t wait until my lease is up YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR !!!
