The service is great, Antonio explained to me exactly what my car needed. He answered all my questions. The place is very clean and all the employees wear their face mask. They offered me a shuttle service to my house. Roberto the driver is very friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend The Brake Masters to family and friends. I went in for brakes and a synthetic oil change. My car feels great they did a great job

Had control arms replaced and a wheel alignment done here after a friend recommended them. After a month I noticed major/awkward tire wear and modifications made to the control arms. I search the part number tag and the control arms were for a different vehicle. Took it back to the shop and they claimed the tires were already wearing that way(Costco, where I buy my tires begged to differ) and its not the alignment or the wrong parts causing the damage. They just didn't know the cause, go figure. I HAD to buy 2 new tires and after arguing my case, they replaced the control arms to the correct parts because of my complaint, not because they installed and modified the wrongs parts to begin with. What a joke, won't be back ever.

Great customer service and they are very professional. Quick oil change...was out within an hour. Mind you it's Saturday morning. They do require you to wear a mask.

I really dont know why they carry a name \break masters\ their far from being masters... break liars fits them better... one of the guys there told me that my caliper had a strip valve and they couldn't remove it so they didn't bother doing the job on my car if they were good at what they do they would have replaced it and took care of my car for all I know they stripped the valve....lol all I wanted was for them to adjust the pedal cuz it was low....
