Appointment to be picked up at nine, they didn't come till about 10 something. For anyone with a child, waiting at a mechanic shop for an hour is not the most fun thing to do. Everything has to stop to wait on enterprise to come. Couldn't work on the car due to the shop not having Ac, clean space, etc. Great start to my day, maybe calling morning of to remind them to stay in the ball would help!! That's my word of advice because they will tell you "next 30 mins" for an hour. Time is money!!
