Very convenient place to mail everything since they handle FedEx, UPS, AND USPS, making it easy to comparison shop for the best rate. They also have a wide selection of packing materials since I often have trouble finding the right size of box for every item I'm sending, and a selection of greeting cards. Super friendly staff who still remember me despite me having moved to Seattle proper a few years back.

If you just want to go here for convenience due to proximity, sure go ahead. Lower your expectation and know that Customer Service isn't their strength. Consistent with some of the other reviewers, this place lacks the basic understanding of customer service. I assume that the responses to the previous complaints are being written by one of the two people (likely the younger one) behind the counter. The older individual was hilariously rude but perhaps doesn't realize it. It's very simple....when you ask someone (especially a customer) a question, you let them finish answering it. Don't cut them off thinking you know exactly what the rest of the sentence will be. You'll regret it when you're wrong. I ended up having to ask the younger person about the second package because the older one just blew me off when she assumed I was making just a drop off. Here's a suggestion. Switch roles and put the other person as the customer facing representative. I'm 100% sure that the complaints will go away and you'll have 5 stars in no time.
I needed an emergency passport photo taken yesterday and they were able to help me out! Usually takes an hour to complete and they were more than understanding and actually got the photos to me in under 5 minutes. I am so thankful and will definitely use them again in the future. I also recommend them to my friends and family. Prices are also very fair. Thank you Pony Express!
Not someone to write a review. But the service was so beyond expectation it warrants one. Had an issue shipping an international package via DHL. Mike went above and beyond to make things right. All during a very busy Christmas season. His level of professionalism is atypical in today’s world. Thank you.
