Pool Cleaners Express does an excellent job cleaning our pool every week. Fernando has been our technician and he is very thorough and spends the necessary time to make sure it is clean before he leaves. Not only do they do an excellent job, but their price is very reasonable. I have heard stories about other pool cleaners in the area claiming to clean your pool but spending maybe 5 minutes... This is not the case with this company and I would highly recommend this crew for your pool cleaning needs.

I have been using Pool Cleaners Express for almost three years. First of all, they do an excellent job. In my opinion, what sets them apart is that it is run like a good business. They focus on good communications, efficient use of technology and customer service. I depend on them to service my pool and help me with basic repairs. They are always responsive and show attention to detail. I have respectfully challenged them on a few occasions with questions and concerns. They have always promptly responded to me in a calm and businesslike fashion. They use technology to invoice me and update me on my weekly service even including a time stamped picture of my pool so I know they have been there. Pool maintenance companies tend to have a lot of turnover in their technicians but the ownership at Pool Cleaners Express always makes me feel like they are concerned about my property and my satisfaction. They have a history of being proactive regarding any potential changes due to employee turnover, weather, or scheduling conflicts. They offer a variety of services which they will package with the monthly invoice. I am a very particular person and am pleased that I have never had an issue with Pool Cleaners Express that was not resolved promptly, professionally and amicably. I recommend them to anyone requiring this service. You will not be disappointed.

Since 2007, I have had many pool cleaning companies service my home in Ft Myers. I can safely say that no one reliable for an affordable price until I ran across Pool Cleaners Express. They do a great job, provide friendly support, and tremendous value. Both Eduardo and Javier are very easy to get a hold of in case of issues or questions. Payments can be made online via credit card. And they have a service side of the business to help perform repairs of equipment as needed without looking elsewhere. I would recommend them to anyone.
I've lived in Naples for almost 20 years and have had multiple pool services. Most were OK but not always dependable or became too expensive. When Pool Cleaners express took over the company I was using, I wasn't expecting any change ...WOW... pleasantly surprised! not only have I had excellent pool cleaning and maintenance (a repair recently) but so DEPENDABLE... On site every week and they leave me a detailed services report. The REALLY BIG reason you'll want to call Pool Cleaners Express is they are the least expensive service I've ever used AND, have given me the very best of service!
We have been using Pool Cleaners Express now for a year and have not had one issue. They are efficient, polite and considerate. If they are not coming on the scheduled day, we receive an email message so we are not inconvenienced. We are very happy with their service.
My pool is always clean and the chemicals are right even in rainy season. The people are nice and my pool guy is the best. I do not worry about my pool if something happens we are kept informed. GOOD JOB !!!!!!
