I can't say enough about how pleasant and helpful the staff at the Orchard Park Pool Mart are. I decided to switch my pool from Bacguacil to Simple Blue this year. With instructions from their very knowledgeable staff I was able to accomplish this very easily. I now have a beautiful shimmering pool. Many thanks to the entire crew for all their help. I would highly recommend this business. From a 1 to 10 rating I would definitely give them a 10!!

Roger was so knowledgeable and helpful... I was completely lost about what to do with getting my pool open for the summer. I had cloudy green water and he was beyond patient answering all my questions and guiding me through the process. I will definitely be going back to him for all my pool needs... this location is so friendly and I love the vibe of the place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

When our 4 year old pool recently gave way and collapsed, Pool Mart went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us out! Naturally, a pool that is only 4 years old shouldn't present such a problem, and we were HOT when we went into Pool Mart with the story of our collapsed pool and related damages! Tom, the manager at the Orchard Park location, couldn't have been more patient and helpful. He quickly got one of the owners of Pool Mart involved who personally visited our house to inspect the pool and offered a more than reasonable solution that actually was beyond what we expected and certainly beyond Pool Mart's responsibility. The cause of the collapse was determined to be rusting of the pool, which is clearly a manufacturer's issue. Pool Mart supplied us with a brand new pool AND a generous store credit to compensate us for our issues. Ryan Dunn, the owner who visited us, was a pleasure to deal with and a true gentleman. It was evident that Pool Mart genuinely wants to please their customers, and that is not the kind of customer service you see very often anymore. Thank you Ryan, Tom and Pool Mart! We know you have done more than you needed to for us, and we appreciate ALL you have done!
