Ever since the Porsche Macan was released my wife has had her eyes on it. So when we were in the market for a new vehicle we decided to head over to Porsche of Syracuse to see what our options were. So began a several month long process of customizing, searching and shopping for the vehicle that was perfect for us. Throughout this whole process we worked with Leland Smith, a man who I cannot say enough great things about. Leland was patient, honest and extremely helpful in assisting us to get the exact car we were looking for. I was amazed at his vast knowledge, not only of the Porsche brand, but also of competitor options. During one of my visits to Long Island, I happened to stop by a Porsche dealership there, and immediately we noticed the difference in details and approach between the two dealerships. The Long Island dealership seemed concerned only about the "bottom line" and was just interested in making a sale, whereas Leland and the wonderful staff at Porsche of Syracuse took their time in making sure the decision we were making was comfortable for us. Never did we feel "pressured" or got the impression that we were being deceived just for the purpose of getting one more vehicle off the lot. Every time we would step into the dealership we were greeted as if we were friends for several years. After several months and ultimately customizing a build for the EXACT model Porsche Macan GTS we wanted, we picked up our vehicle from Porsche of Syracuse. Once again, I cannot thank Leland, Will, and the wonderful staff at Porsche of Syracuse enough for their assistance in helping us to acquire our vehicle. Purchasing a car can be a stressful experience sometimes, but with the staff at Porsche of Syracuse the process was as painless and enjoyable as possible. I HIGHLY recommend them to any potential buyer out there!

Best Porsche experience ever in regards to service. I towed my vehicle overnight because of a flat tire. I’m not from upstate NY and Jessica & Rick took a road side emergency and made it priority to get me back on the road to do a 5 hour drive. Even the lady at the front desk was amazing. She made us feel like we can put all our trust into Porsche.

Terrible place to have your Porsche maintain and repaired multiple problems for three years missed diagnosis of problems charging you twice for the same thing.. miss diagnose fuel pumps still had the problem had to take my vehicle to another dealer to fix the right pump thousands of dollars later will not refund any money due to their mistakes. They did a oil change did not put enough oil back in the my vehicle. I brought the vehicle for one problem they fix something that was already done had to wait for days with no apology or discount. Stay away to many mishaps which will cost you in the long run.
