Loved this dealership. I'm an odd duck; I got loan pre-approval and wanted pricing before stepping foot into a dealership. Wilder was totally willing to work with that. We drove from Seattle for the transaction. Everyone was extremely respectful of COVID guidelines and very kind. I HATE car dealerships, and this is the only one that hasn't felt slimy or smarmy, etc. Our salesman was Caleb, a very down-to-earth and laid-back guy (exactly the energy I need for this kind of purchase!) The gal in finance who worked with us, Mickey, was also very straightforward and honest. No gimmicks or passive aggressive threats like you normally get with dealerships. Finally, a month after the purchase, Caleb checked-in with me and managed to help me with a clerical issue that was totally unrelated to him. I really appreciate when people can take the time to help you, instead of pass you off to some other person/department. I love my new Honda Fit and it was absolutely worth the day trip to Wilder! Thank you to Caleb, Mickey, and the whole Wilder team!
