The cleanliness in the buses is non existing. And why if I have to where a mask there's other people that don't. People eating doing whatever they want and on top of that free. Some people are traveling just because. And me having to work exposing my health.

The worst.. Everyday the p71 shows up at a different time, I get traffic is a issue but is it really when you use the BUS WAY?!? It's a total joke. Start giving free trips when the bus fails to show up.. I've been waiting 45 min for a p71.. 20-25 busses between 3-6 .. at least buy us a drink before you screw us

Everytime I go into the service center I have a good experience! Sometimes they are pack but that is expected when everyone comes in at the same time but they move as fast as they can! I am not saying I never had problems with the machines I have but they are machines can't expect them to work all the time! Bus drivers deals with so much b.s. that they lose their friendly side! They get people cussing at them trying to get a free ride, people disrespecting them and others patrons! No matter if a driver says hi or not I always speak when I get on and always say thank you and have a bless day! That makes their day Everytime! We want them to be friendly but always getting angry when they don't do what we want them to! You have drivers who deals with buses that are not working great get stuck in traffic or behind an accident! Some drivers are told to go straight and don't stop if they are running way behind and there is another one coming! It gets frustrated but they are only doing a job and if you don't like it that's on you! Respect them just like you would want respect for doing your job! People treats them like they are their butlers or slaves NO it's a business they are doing a job without them what would you do!? Walk?

Buses are slow and have too many stops. The buses should stay on major wide streets. The connect card machines downtown work better with cash than with debit. And credit card works better than debit card.

I came from a small town from Arkansas and found it easy to get around. The subway and buses were clean and the drivers helpful. The times are a bit off but not extremely. Keep up the great work!!!!
