Seriously ruins all other cruises for you! The customer service is second to none, the rooms were well equipped and incredibly comfy, and the food was amazing!! Always found a place on deck for my family to sit even though there were over 3,000 people on board. The time we had a Castaway Cay was incredible, and you must spend time on Serenity Bay, the adult only beach, really peaceful and relaxing!
Recently came back from an unforgettable 5 day cruise aboard the Disney Dream. The process to board the boat was quick and painless. Once on board, guests are greeted with a lavish entrance, a gorgeous chandelier, and of course your favourite Disney characters wandering the halls. From start to finish the crew members went above and beyond to ensure our family had a fantastic cruise. Our room hostess ensured that we had everything we needed and that the kids' bunk beds were set up based on our preference. Our room was always neat and tidy in the mornings and during turn down. Our serving team was just as amazing, taking extra steps to ensure our kids' meals were prepared with all of their allergies in mind. The entertainment on board was just as amazing. From the Broadway quality shows to the more informal ones on the pool deck, there was always something for everyone. We haven't even been home a week and I'm already checking the website to start planning our next adventure.

This was my first and my daughters first cruise! It was nothing less than spectacular. The entertainment was incredible. The food ( so much of it) was outstanding. The hosts were amazing. The boat was beautiful and clean. This is going to be a yearly thing for us now. Highly recommend this if you have not tried it yet.
it was summer of 2018 & The Dream was our first Cruise. Simply enchanting. Goin back again in 4months just to make sure IT WASN'T A DREAM and we were actually there! It’s a true saying: “ Once you cruise you wouldn’t want to do anything else. “ DISNEY Cruise line has my heart forever. I have no interest to embark on another ship. Once you tasted perfection... why would you want anything else? Adults to the Kids... everyone will be amazed.

Magical experience! Crew goes above and beyond. Service exceeds other cruise lines. Ship was so impressive and the entertainment was incredible! Can’t wait to cruise again! The kids loved it!
