My husband has had trouble with this office filling his testosterone prescription every month. Every month we have to have a refill done and every month we have trouble getting it refilled. They say to give it 48 hrs. We give it 72 and it always takes over a week some times two weeks to get it refilled and it's always because the Dr is not writing the prescription correctly. My husband has been taking it for almost 20 years. Every since he services cancer. I recommend finding another Dr office. We are done trying to work with them and being patient.

Tried for over a week to get my diabetic mother's prescription for her syringes renewed. She was down to her last two days worth with no movement from the clinic. Called the clinic four times over three days. Was told twice that the syringes were discontinued. I let them know twice that they were not because the pharmacy gave me enough of those syringes to get her through the weekend. The pharmacy also tried numerous times to get this straightened out with the clinic. The clinic twice sent the wrong prescription to the pharmacy. The people I talked with at the clinic did not seem to even know how to read her chart. She's had the same syringes for years. They also seemed to have no sense of urgency and if not for the pharmacy my mom would not have been able to administer her insulin. I have no confidence in this clinic.

Rude doctors. No real concern of what’s ailing you. Run like a factory—in and out as quickly as possible. You wait on the phone for a minimum of a half hr—every time you call. They don’t take new patients on and if they do it’s not the right doctor for you nor the one you want. Washington needs more options. My mom needed her antidepressants altered and they told her to go to the emergency room. That would expose her to covid and she has COPD. They do not care if you live or die. BEWARE.

At least Dr. Quarles listened. Thats the 3 points. The staff when you come in act as if they are going or have been through menopause. It effects them like mood swings. The nurses, CNAS were awful whatever they were rude, wrong, uniformed, self doubting. I would give away exactly what was said, that is only for my family for now.

Dr. Haydon is fun, informative and speedy. I am glad we stumbled paths! Brittany J, Bremerton WA
