Waiter was nice but tried to wait on too many tables at a single time. He's bring a large tray of drinks and food for multiple tables. This caused us all to wait even longer on our orders. Even a simple request for butter would take 20 minutes. Mashed potatoes were more like soupie potatoes. Marsala sauce on steak was more like Marsala juice. Carrabba's used to be so good. Not so much the last several times we were there. Sorry to say it but hopefully they read the reviews so they can be great again!

I've only been to Carrabba's in Miami twice. Never liked it. We got a gift card for Christmas so we went a few days ago to this Port St Lucie location... WHAT A DIFFERENCE. The food was outstanding, the service was so good. They were very attentive and had a great sense of humor. My 3 year old isn't big on pasta but she ate her entire plate of raviolis, quite a bit of bread, a little soup & some dessert. We will definitely be going again since she enjoys the food so much.
Extremely attentive and friendly staff. Delicious food.
Update 1/15/2021: I am updating my review. While what I wrote below stands I have to say that the proprietor , Danielle Piazza, was very apologetic and sincere when I called her to be reimbursed for my wife’s meal. I feel she sincerely cared and will look into what happened. She reimbursed me and I will be happy to grab a meal there again. I’ve had good meals there before. Good food. TERRIBLE service. Call an order in 3 days in advance for dinner party for 7:30 pick up. Call them at 7:20 as I know they are busy. Was told salads are ready, rest will be in 20 minutes. So I say should I be there at 7:40? They say yes. Get there, it’s now 8:10, they still don’t know when. They are full of excuses. Poorly run location . Avoid take out! 8:16, finally food and they didn’t have it all. Had to wait for the soup and bread. Good thing I checked before leaving. Total incompetence. Add insult to injury, they put sausage in a meal that has no mention of any meat in it, and it was for a vegetarian. When asked if we wanted meat, we said no. They are totally incompetent. Pathetic
Great food, good prices, peaceful atmosphere! I ordered a sirloin and it was well prepared. Also, I particularly liked the cannoli cake for 2 they had! Very rich and moist! My mother enjoyed the bread pudding!
