Lee and his crew came to refinish my back porch. Everything was done in a timely manner and Vinny was always there to answer any questions I had. The porch turned out beautiful and my friends and neighbors are considering doing theirs. I would recommend this company with 5 stars.

CAUTION: READ BEFORE HIRING! Vincent Russo, owner of Exotic Concrete and Polishing, is an excellent sales person. He will promise the world, but DOES NOT stand behind his workmanship or promises. We hired Mr. Russo in the summer of 2017 to refinish the flooring in our business. Not only did his team do damage to our property, but the floor was improperly laid and began to lift after a few short months. What was promised to be a 7-10 year floor FAILED almost immediately after installation. We spent several months attempting to negotiate a settlement with Mr. Russo and his insurance company, but was forced to take him to court personally as he does not hold the required insurance to cover his faulty workmanship. On April 20th, 2018 we were awarded a judgement in Martin County (Case # 432018SC000315SCAXMX [18000315SCAXMX]) by Judge Disque in our favor for the sum of 5,317. We have yet to collect the damages as Mr. Russo has refused all communication. We offer this information to prevent other from falling victim to his unprofessional business practices. UPDATE: Mr Russo has since paid his judgement in full in June 2018.
My husband and I hired Exotic Concrete Polishing to polish a whole house and the results turned out amazing. We used to have concrete floors in our condo and decided to try it out in our new house. The house used to have old nasty carpets, so the concrete had some damage from the tackstrips, but Exotic Concrete Polishing filled all the holes and any other cracks. We went with a color called Carmel to give it a warm feel. The floors are now smooth, shiny and perfect. (We are going to paint the walls and install new baseboards, hence there was no protection on the bottom of walls from the stain). The job took a little longer than expected, but in their defense they removed an old vinyl glued down floor in the whole kitchen and was even able to make that area look as good as the rest of the house. With kids and pets this floor is the best choice! We will definitely use them for any concrete needs in the future.
I am an owner of a place and finish concrete company and i give all of my polishing and epoxy jobs to them. I've only had good reviews of thwir work and employees...I respect the fact that they do jobs and keep my good standing with my customers. Excellent company to have shine up your floors.
We recently hired Exotic Concrete for resurfacing our pool deck and approx 1000sq ft of both polished concrete and expoxy concrete inside our home. Justin Richardson and Vinny Garifola were absolutely wonderful! Great work ethic, professional and personable each were always on the job ON TIME and often stayed late even working on a holiday. I would hire these 2 gentlemen EVERY TIME! Thnx for my beautiful floors guys!
