Ordered two Christmas Palms, 8-10 feet set of three...they were amazing! Called on a Thursday, talked to a very helpful and cheerful female, and were delivered and installed the next day! Staff does not communicate with each other. I was trying to stop lawn service for many months. We spoke to jonathan twice. while he was pleasant & took our NY address, the service continued & we never got a bill up here. Alicia finally called us back & ended up hanging up on my husband.my husband is going through cancer treatment & we don't this added stress. I wish to resolve our account but nobody called back yet.

I was greeted by a super caring young lady , Alisha. That was only the beginning! The young man johnathan was quite charismatic as well. They had very deep insight on each plant and tree in the nursery and helped me step by step. They also do my landscaping and lawn service monthly and have great pricing and great work ethic.
