Professional Equipment rental business. Great and smart employees.
Staff is great , branch manager is complete joke, all he says “he is going call you back” and never call back, then waits till deadline when I need the trailer to tell me sorry I can’t rent trailer out any more because he only wants to use for company purpose now. Now I’m losing 8000 because branch manger decided not rent the trailer out any more after I have rented it 5 or more time and I have returned it back on time and in flawless condition. I will never use United rental again in PSL or recommend them to any one or any company again.
Florida Gas partners with United Rentals on many projects. The Staff is always willing to assist. The Service Department is excellent. My equipment always performs. Any issues resolved immediately. They keep making money for our company!
