Was Great even though my Female Beagle Ruby is skiddish and tried to make Exit through window when getting nails done. The male Maddox was like all right Get it done. Ruby left & Maddox on the Right.
We called looking for Feliway multicat diffusers after going to 3 other stores. The person who answered the phone said she would check to make sure it was in stock before we made another trip. (The other locations we went to showed it was in stock online but when we got to the stores they didn't have any.) So, a 10 for superior customer service. Also, the location is 15 minutes from our home and the product was also on sale.
The store is well kept, always clean and stocked. They don't have a big selection, but the store itself is not so big so it makes sense. I like to shop here for my quick pet needs, particularly my fish and fur babies. The staff is not so great. I noticed some employees give false information, and others are very rude, improvement in customer service is needed.
Our first Petco trip together. Roscoe loved it My favorite place furever, everyone is always so welcoming and friendly, and always educating. You may get a few employees who use their \personal preference\ over educating, but we always nod and agree because it's all out of good nature. I only come here for pet accessories, and treats, as their dog food is a bit pricier. Still love this place, and of course who doesn't love bringing their puppers in the store and spoiling them?
