Super unfortunate to see them take away the emotional support animals on their flights. It should have been restricted to dogs and dogs only from the very beginning. They let countless customers abuse it by bringing lizards, birds etc on flights. They need to revisit this and allow properly trained emotional support animals to continue to fly. Were going to have to fly with another airline from now on.

Walked on to a dirty plane that had not been cleaned. My seat as well as the passengers around me all had to clean their areas. We also waited until 10min after scheduled departure time for a single passenger. I've shown up to Alaska gates on other flights where the plane left early, even though I wasn't on board. Just hat the gate attendant shrug her shoulders at me, and say that they called my name. Just a terrible experience from the first interaction with Alaska Air. I'll be looking at Southwest for future flights.

Just be aware that they advertise nonstop flights on their website, then frequently add stops to your flight after you've paid for your ticket. It's the first time I've had an airline do this to me and it ruined the entire itinerary for my trip.

As a MVP Gold member I get great service. It seems like every flight lately either has multiple schedule changes or is just cancelled and I end up on a flight I didn’t want.

The price is not for the general public but the service was amazing. Comes with snacks, some drinks, free text, free movies, and the customer service was top notch. Thank you I always have a great experience flying with you. Thank you again.
