The drinks were amazing but the customer service was awful and rude. The waitress named Megan made me and my friends so uncomfortable. She didn’t bother to ask us if we wanted anything else once we were done with our drinks. It’s honestly such a shame because it’s a wonderful place.
To clarify the one star review, I’m writing this on behalf of my girlfriends experience. Upon entry on Saturday evening , the waitress was extremely rude. She never came back to the table to check back in. Never asked how they were doing, and just took the glasses without thanking them. or asking if they would like something else. Almost no contact. Totally neglected. One of the other girls in the party had similar treatment at another place downtown, and it very much seems race motivated which is disgusting.. needless to see they felt awful after the experience, and felt like an inconvenience for just being there and she just wanted to go home. In short, worst customer experience ever had.
As someone who leans away from nearly all cider, this place was surprisingly great! Convenient location, and great tap list. The only critique would be to incorporate ciders from beyond a handful of local cider- makers that cannot be bought in stores. Otherwise, great variety and strong service.
Great cider selection - 32 rotating cider taps. They offer flights which is a great way to try several of the ciders. The service was excellent as well and they seemed very knowledgeable about the cider (the Watermelon by Locust Cider out of Washington was great though there is no surprise there as Locust does some excellent stuff). Would definitely return when I am back in Portland.
Amazing cider bar! Almost 40 different varieties of local cider. All of them were good and interesting. The food was pretty good as well. Great place for a change from beer.
Staff was super nice and the drink selection was great! Really made my night!
