The company has made alot of changes and improvements, such as wages, staff are very knowledgeable with a good sense of humor. Definitely puts emphasis on being people first. Seems like people are happy to work here.

I do not work here yet, but I had my interview today with warren an he really seemed to value the clients and staff. Very hopeful to get the lead position. Staff in the office were very nice.
Don't work here. They promised me 40 hours when I signed on but when I started I was only averaging 25 hours a week. They said I can't get many hours till I'm trained.. which would be fine if the training happened soon after my hire date. But it did not they wanted me to wait over a month to get trained while getting less then 25 hours a week. The pay is miserable 12 hour.. They do treat their clients really well which is awesome! Though they treat there employees with disrespect.
I've been working at this company for a couple years now, and it's been great! They really care about their clients and offer pretty good benefits for staff. My only suggestion to them is to raise wages to keep up with other portland companies
