This store and their flags are fantastic all around! Friendly staff who can answer all of your questions and they even do custom orders. I own several of their flags and am even more proud to hang and fly them due to their high quality. Their flags uphold great in all types of weather. They have a tremendous amount of USA-made flags and have an enormous selection of all kinds of things that were made to feel the breeze. I love this place! Thank you!

Elmer's is a gem! Wonderful business that makes most of their products in-house. Amazing customer service and extremely patient with our requests. Our gallery needed to purchase flag poles for an art installation and Elmer's blew us away with their kindness and generosity. The first set we purchased ending up being too tall and they were very gracious with us about returning them and customizing new poles to fit the space. Wow! Awesome selection of flags and banners. On my last visit discovered they are selling 100% cotton face mask. It's been my favorite out of the six other masks I have tried. GREAT FIND! Went in to replace flag pole anchor, which they carry. Excellent customer service for the 30 years I have been buying from them. Highly recommend!

They have the highest, quality, merchandise, and has never wavered on that! Two years ago, I was going to a Reggae concert, of some friends I have known for 25 years. I had not seen them, for quite a while, so I wanted to get them a gift of quality, and color, that they would really enjoy! I ended up buying two African flags, with the colors; Red, Black, Green, and Gold. To make a very sentimental story, sweeter,.. They loved the flags. so much, they used them on stage, at many of their performances. And THAT, is all thank to Elmer's Flag & Banner!

I bought a wonderful Trans flag that I hung in my house for a almost a year. I then mounted on my truck where it stayed for almost a year. It did get frayed on the edges but that's completely understandable when your going down the freeway in terrible weather. Unfortunately it got torn off-roading (most definitely not the flag's fault) and now I just called them to get a replacement or a custom flag, and the customer service was wonderful. I'm very happy to continue supporting this local business.
