Great turnaround time on my medium format film. Everywhere else in town was two weeks. These folks processed negatives and sent scans in a couple days. Friendly, professional and safe.

A Boring Vlog

Came in for a filter, screen protector, flash modifier and one other thing. Not only did the guy at the counter know very little about gear, he was also unfriendly, not helpful and I struck out for everything on my list. I purchased a flash remote which was previously used but sold to me as brand new. The screen had scratches and the battery door wasn’t installed as if someone just threw it back in the box and returned it or it was a display model. Either way, I don’t appreciate being taken advantage of and because of this I will take my hard earned money where my patronage will be truly appreciated. I’ve bought around 2k of equipment from this store and those are the last dollars your company will ever get from me. Train your staff better and remember the customers you screw over pay your bills.

Never had a bad experience at this fine establishment. The staff obviously knows their stuff, are always friendly, and patient as I've watched them interact with absolute beginners many times. The selection is great, and even the used section is well stocked. I have gone out of my way to spend my dollars here many times, despite maybe slightly better prices online. I'm very thankful a place like this exists where I live.
