Very disappointed with their customer service. Bought my wife a 419 special sewing foot for her sewing machine for Christmas. Well, turns out she already had one. Went to return it and was told there was a 20% restock fee on sewing machine feet. 84!!!! Their manager stated it is their policy, which I understand, except that policy was not explained at the time of purchase and there is no signage anywhere in the store that states this. She did however point out it’s listed on the receipt, which you conveniently get after your purchase, when it’s effectively too late. A very disappointing experience to say the least. We will be taking all of our sewing/embroidery business elsewhere! I get way better customer service at the DMV!!!

After a very long time of bad service, I took my HQ 16 , for service, and second opinion after I was told I needed the head rebuilt. Excellent service, very nice personable, and very helpful. My HQ hasn't ran this good since I first got it. I'm grateful I took it in, it was a burr on the Hook... saved me hundreds.. Thank you very much for everything..
They had just what I was looking for at a good price. The clerk was very helpful even making sure the presser feet would fit my older model sewing machine.
