Received a quote no problem. Placed order and seemingly have to take a dna test to get it processed. I've never had this many different issues and road blocks trying give a company money. We are talking about small stainless steel parts here, you would think I'm trying to purchase fully automatic weapons or something. Literally makes no sense at all. Love your products, but forcing me to find alternatives seems like bad business practices.

Customer service on the phone is currently a joke. Can’t get shipping costs until you go online and go thru the process of ordering. Will call is closed and it seems like there’s an attitude that the customer has little value since the person on the phone won’t themselves be making money driving swageok’s already insanely overpriced fittings and valves. There’s another number of “lok” competitors that do just as goodvalves for 1/3 the price. Also Corley valve will hook it up. Swakelok should have 5 star service with the prices they charge but seems Like they have gotten fat and complacent and don’t value the customer anymore because they seem to be so big I guess they forgot they need us I myself will now wait days to purchase parts from another company and will actively spread the information not to shop Swagelok again

Main source for Swage but need Business Basics training. They can easily mess up orders, staff not very interested in details or knowledgeable about parts, plus they always forget to send a receipt. As soon as I find a better supplier will use them instead of these people.
Went in to ask questions about some purchased fittings and multiple people dropped what they were doing to sit with me for 30 minutes and discuss the fittings and the theory behind how they worked. Very kind, happy to help people.
