Had to wait to be allowed in ( I get it...COVID). Then once I found what I wanted and asked an employee for help I had to put my name on a wait list to have someone come help me despite the fact that there were only three customers in the store. There were literally more employees in the store than customers. I went and put my name on the list and waited around to hear it called thinking it would be quick since there were plenty of people working. Ended up just leaving after realizing that no one was going to come help any time soon. Great selection and really cool layout, but actually buying anything is like pulling teeth.

This is a pretty decent fish store. I’ve been in 3 or 4 times and half of the time the workers are really nice and the other half of the time their very rude. It just depends on who’s working. Aside from that, I’ve gotten a handful of fish, snails, and plants here and they’ve turned out fine. I’ve also gotten a small tank and different decorations/accessories. Most of the underwater plants died, but that is probably from my own inexperience. Everything is fairly priced as well. The pics are of my lil beta tank, everything pictured I purchased from here.

I've placed two orders so far, and had the fish shipped overnight. I still haven't had even one casualty out of the 35 fish I've ordered. These guys truly care about their fish and carefully package them to ensure they arrive safely. I've also noticed how healthy the fish look from day one. I'm happy to continue doing business with them and hope to visit them in-person someday. My only slight complaint is that a lot of fish on the website don't have a picture that you can view online. However, a simple copy and paste of the fish name into Google images solves that.

Saw them give black customers a hard time/refuse entry. Watched for a half hour and they hit the panic button/called the cops because a person asked why they were being refused entry. They had a mask on, they followed instructions, yet the guy at the door kept turning her away and letting other customers in. Only difference between the customer being turned away and the customers they let in was their melanin. I'm never shopping here again and I left my purchase in the store. Y'all should know better

*! UPDATE, they have edited their website to reflex the actual size so I bumped them up a star or two!* Thank you for fixing your website. :-) I phoned in an order for pickup which was nice and easy, I ordered some shrimp and a Zebra throne snail which according to there website should be from 1/2 inch to 1 inch. This little guy was only about 1/4 of inch which I did not find out until I was back at home. I called and let management know that there website info was wrong, she seemed to know that they have been that size for a while and that the website gets updated on Fridays... They did offer to refund my money if I brought the 3 dollar snail back, which is way more of a pain then it is worth.
