The Admiral of New England

I called Aqua Paradise Pools during the week to make an appointment to come in to purchase a pool at 5pm. After being put on hold I was told they close at 5:30pm it would not be enough time. I came in on a Sunday to have the snobby girl behind like counter tell me there are no sales people there during the weekend the only thing she could tell me is their pools start at 10k and go up to 25K with a snobby attitude like I was a homeless person. As a Portsmouth local I do not recommend Aqua Paradise Pools & Spas. God forbid they stay open a few minutes extra for a 10,000 - 25,000 sale! PS. Your website says your open until 6pm!

This is the worst company ever, very dishonest.If you want a quality in-ground pool take the time to visit Paquette Pools Hooksett New Hampshire. Paquette pools and spas is a family-owned business since the 1960s.

Just received a 1,000 bill to have my pool cleaned. 470 in chemicals and 500 in labor. Already paid 600 three weeks ago to have it \opened\. The pool was not all that dirty to begin with. Needed some leaves vacuumed out of the deep end and a boost to clear it up. They missed the appt and showed up 2 days later (missed the opening appt last year also and had no record of the appt being scheduled). I will be either finding a new company or doing this myself going forward!
