Eric Donnelley is an outstanding technician and wonderful person. I entrusted a family heirloom Steinway baby grand to him and he absolutely brought the instrument back to life- it has never been in such amazing condition. Eric has such integrity and an obvious sense of responsibility to music, musicians and instruments. A modern day Franz Mohr! More, Eric is an awesome guy. He's super fun to be around and I always look forward to seeing him at tuning season!

Eric recently performed a full action regulation and revoicing on my Schimmel grand piano, including filing down the hammers and correcting a tricky action geometry issue. His persistence, high standards and technical skill paid off; I'm very pleased with the dramatic improvements in tone and touch. He also tuned it, with excellent results. Eric has an obvious passion for his work and he's terrific to work with - pleasant, reliable, and honest.
Eric has tuned our piano for several years now, and recently replaced the hammers. He is a terrific technician, and also very friendly and reliable.
