Good prices, but very lacking in customer service. Understand shipments may be delayed, but a courtesy email would be appreciated when companies are waiting on paper. That and update the website, I have orders from a year plus ago, that still say processing?? And also VERY hard to contact directly, no one answers phone or it goes to a recording and you cant leave a message, website offers "chat" but no one is there, leave a message, NO response. Perhaps hiring one or two more people would provide better service and not make me think again about taking my business elsewhere. Customer service is very important for a company to survive, its not just about low prices. I think this company could do a better job with customers that spend tons of money here.

Ordered paper, a tracking number was created but never shipped. Called three times to try and have this issue resolved with no one returning my calls or reshipping the item. The third time I called I was assured that it would ship that day. I asked for the order to be expedited but was told that a "manager" had to approve that and that they were on another call. I waited for a call back and it never happened. When I called the 4th time, it still had not been resolved and I cancelled my order. So with plenty of other options for ordering paper, I will not be using them again.
I have regularly ordered from this company but this past shipment will be my last. Their website clearly says orders will be processed same day if before 3 or by next day after 3. It actually took 4 business days to just process! Once processed, they actually then held shipment another two days after UPS label was created before it actually shipped. So altogether my order is now supposed to arrive 12 days (9 business days) after my order was placed. I hand to order from another company overnight so I wouldn't run out on upcoming holiday. Response from pospaper was basically we know what website says, we must have gotten busy, nothing we can do, so sorry. No offer on helping get paper faster, won't refund my current order despite order still in their warehouse, or even offer discount for their own issue. They might be fine if a 2 to 3 week window works for you. However a lot of other suppliers out there that can honor shipping policies.
I must say I was surprised by the fast delivery of my order. Such high level of professionalism and the quality of the paper is outstanding. Already received few orders, and I will continue to cooperate with this great company.
On 2/9/2018 I called POS paper in Jacksonville to inquire about the availability of an advertised product. The sales representative told me she would need to check the warehouse and call me back. She did not so I called again 5 hours later and she said she still had no response from the warehouse. The entire day went by with no call back. I have never dealt with a company that could not verify products on hand. As far as the no call back, this is just another example of the poor customer service that will eventually put this and many other brick and mortar companies out of business. Get your act together POS.

Well The First thing I Noticed when I opened the package was the quality of the product 1.well packed. 2.very very Clean. And I recommended it to all the people I know because They really deserve it.
