The crew showed up on time and well prepared for the job this included masks. They were all polite courteous and took the time to explain everything. and answer all questions. The Furnace, AC and scrubber were installed in a timely manner, the end result was a very professional installation and looks great.. Could not have asked for any better. They left the job site clean. Overall we were thrilled with the work done the guys doing the work and the cost. Thanks so much, very happy with everything from the first call to the finished job. Would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of their services.

My brand new home had a ceiling vent installed by Bill's. It leaks all over my tile floor. I called to have it fixed and one week later Bill came to look at it and made a dent in my wall with his ladder that I had to have repaired. He said he would get me a new vent cover. Two weeks went by so I called, spoke to Charmaine and she said she would follow up on a new vent cover. Another week went by and I called and spoke to Renee and she said she would also look into it. Now it has been three months and I am stuck with a leaky vent that drips water onto my brand new floor. I am very disappointed that I have to fix this myself with no follow up, assistance or communication from the company that installed it. I do not recommend them.
I took bids from 4 different places for a mini split system and Bills was the lowest. That isn't the only reason I went with them though. All the employees I dealt with were kind and easy going. I appreciated the no pressure call after the bid. Much better than the calls from other places. They were able to get my install done within a few days too. And then, it only took a few hours. The install people were great too. So in all: good price, better people, service I wanted faster than I expected. A. Will call again when the time comes.
They were quick to come by, able to set up an install next day for a down furnace (others would be a week), and unlike the others I wasn't given a 200 bill just to be told my heat was off. Granted there would have been a fee, but much smaller and overlooked die to purchase of a new unit. Great guys, seemed friendly and even offered a few extra space heaters. Keep in mind, I was freezing so I may be bias to someone giving me heat, but unlike the other two companies I called. Quick. Friendly. Better price.
I was asked by my Dad (Ken Julian) to post a review because he didn't know how to do one. Bill's installed two new furnaces for my parents last year and were prompt and knowledgeable! They recently had a problem with one of the furnaces and the tech was right there to fix the problem. I personally appreciate how well they have taken care of my parents and highly recommend them. Thank you for your professional, prompt service!
