We took my nephews deer here to be processed and the cape kept on it. I called several times and spoke to an associate about what we wanted to keep and also how we wanted the meat processed. Some how there was a \miscommunication\ between the kill center and I guess whoever I had been speaking with on the phone that was writing down the order. We even wrote on the tag the night we dropped it off to keep the cape. I do understand that they might have been overwhelmed with deer because their were several being dropped off, but they should have called before cutting it off to verify.
