They need the ability and willingness to do some of the insurance and doctor leg work. And need better communication assets for this. They were very kind and worked with me to get something to get us threw at a very good price. They also need to stock more supplies and be an actual supplier. Use a warehouse or something instead of the middle man role they are currently doing.

MINDY, an employee, is solely responsible for me dealing with American Surgical ! If there is something she does not know, she pleasantly does the research! From my point of view, Mindy is KEY to the success of American Surgical. Hopefully, her efforts are appreciated. When someone is spending thousands of dollars or 10.00, no part of which is reimbursed by insurance, the least an owner can do, which was eventually done, is walk out and greet their customers! This is \smart\ even if they were unable to make a sale for whatever reason!
