Terrible scheduling. Expect to sit for 45 minutes to 1.5 hours after your schedule appointment time.... and expect hour in examining room .Good doctor
Dr Akbar is nice dr. But the issue here is the wait is consistently 1hr after the scheduled appointment. They don’t make any apologies about it either, just business as usual I guess. I have better things to do with my time and won’t be back. Update late 2020/early 2021: Dr. Akbar now has a PA (Physicians Assistant) who takes some appointments to relieve the pressure on him. Taking my son for Allergy shots and checkup appointments and we are seen much quicker now. We were in and out in just a few minutes for our last appt!
I highly recommend this ent, I got my tonisls and a septoplasty surgery done here and I was a little scared to do it but they were very knowledgeable and accommodating to my needs as well as, super friendly which made me feel a whole lot better. It’s been a little over 3 months since my surgery and I’ve definitely noticed a difference with no issues! Can’t thank them enough.
Very overall.
