Stephen was very professional and friendly. He figured out quickly what was happening and explained everything clearly. The price was a little more steep than I expected, but I felt like I could trust him to do a good job. Especially since the work comes with a 1 year warranty. I'll go back to Powell again, if needed.

Raul was very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. My pool electrical panel was very old and had burnt out wiring. Raul came in and explained what needed to be done and how Powell Electric would repair it. He was very personable and friendly and was able to start the next day.
They went to my mothers and she was very happy with their work! They were on time, respectful and social distanced. They explained how everything worked in a courteous manner. I highly recommend them!!
My little brother contracted these guys to look at my mothers electrical to see if anything was wrong since we had a contractor move our panel and had some problems. I had told my brother some of the wires looked bigger than the others to have them check that. Powell electric didnt find anything wrong with the electrical and told my brother and the other contractor the electrical was good. I went back in the box this time to find the markings showing they are not sized correctly, and also found a missing neutral for return power, I think they are using a ground wire for return power. SMH. Cannot believe a lay person can find problems over a licensed professional. I cant believe this. I only hope they dont miss this when installing electrical. check the pictures out for proof. Blue, Black and Green wires in bundle missing the white wire. Soo disappointed. My brother was going to contract them to upgrade our panel too. smh
Repaired outlet in Living room .Electrician discovered have old aluminum wiring in home. Powell Electric were professional in Educating me the dangers and what can be done to resolve the issue.Great Customer Service and Professional workmanship.
