I just took my bike here for a tune up. They called it a 24,000 mile tune up. 100 in parts and 800 in labor. This seems excessive. The bike runs fine, so that's good.
Update: It's really hilarious how there are 3 or 4 reviews on here that sound just like the store manager wrote them just to get his reviews higher from all the very true pathetic reviews he gets from his lousy business. And all his responses are obviously just a very generic automated response judging by the same exact words used to respond to all the people that had so much trouble with being at his business. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! I had recently purchased an ATV from this establishment, and a bike in the previous years. My latest experience while looking at buying another ATV for my daughter was appalling. The sales guy was arrogant and pushy. And he had little answers to my questions. Not to mention that their prices are WAY TOO HIGH. My other experience was in late June, when I took an ATV tire to be fixed because of a simple valve stem that leaked. They charged me 30 dollars to change a simple valve stem! And to top it off, I had to take the same tire back three days later, because the guy that fixed it didn't seat the tire back on the rim properly. So all I can say is their sales staff lacks personality, the owner has all his prices way too high, and the service dept can't even fix a tire without problems. I'd avoid this place. I'm never going back, taking my business elsewhere. Go to WEST 60 Cycle! They're great and have actually professional service department, and very reasonable pricing!!!
Not terribly knowledgeable, though I gave them a shot. Had to go to Rogers to get to the real pros and better pricing. Will also try Springfield sometime soon.
This was my first stop in after Jay Hatfield Motorsports took control of the shop. Even though I'm not a fan of the previous owner, I'm even more saddened to see that Hatfield has turned it into a Side By Side store and motorcyclist are not a priority for their future business. I'm shocked that I'm dropping another star from their rating.
I have bought 2 Suzuki quads from here and had excellent experience at this store, Very satisfied!! I definitely recommend shopping here.
Needed dash light, 20.00 each, took 2 weeks to arrive, had to pick up.ordered same, ebay, black market I'm sure, for 4.00 each, came in 2 days Worked fine.
These guys have put up with my piece of crap bike and have fixed just about everything on it. They have always been good to me and they stick with the quotes they give you. I asked them to double check a reading on the stator for my bike and they did. They were friendly and honest. John did a great job on my bike. The only issue I ever had was that I was given the wrong set of spark plugs for my bike, but not a big deal. I took them back and they gave me the correct ones.
