We brought in our riding law mower for a simply tune up that was quoted at approximately 95 plus tax. When we recover our mower back, a bill was attached for 338. After speaking with management, I was advised that the technician wrote on the work order to get the mower running. Our mower was running when we brought it in; nevertheless, I was informed that they completed other work on the mower, without my consent. I was then informed that additional work was done; nevertheless the only thing that was obviously done was the over charging of the work that was done with our lawn mower. After paying and getting The lawn mower home; it was in worst shape than it was when we dropped it off. I will not be returning to this establishment ever, and after apprising management of the issue, he (manager) laughed at me or the situation. I informed them that I advised that they should call me if any additional work was needed. Management then advised that it was one of their tech who normally makes the the same error or mistakes, by not calling customers and writing misleading request(s) on the work order. He continued laughing and advised that it would be 338! We will not be returning here!
