I started at this studio three years ago and immediately got hooked. The clients comes from all roads of life and all ages, but what really impressed me, was the older clients, who are in incredible good shape! That’s what I want! I want to look like that and move like that even when I’m old! So, if you are looking for a small studio, with small classes, where you will get a lot of attention from very knowledgeable instructors in a fun and non-competitive atmosphere that makes you want to come back, even when you are sore from yesterday’s class, Kenna’s studio is it :-)

They lost their best instructor and the place has just gone downhill.
The staff here are exceptional, they are attentive, supportive and experts in their field. This is the best pilates studio in Stamford!
