The guys at Premium were hands down the absolute most patient with me. This was a gigantic purchase for me and they were very knowledgeable about all of the different brands of cars. They provided honest feedback and never tried to sell me the most expensive vehicle on the lot. I was able to test drive multiple vehicles with their blessing. Never did I feel pressured or rushed. The entire experience was hands down the best that I could have hoped for. I went to several other dealerships including Premium and I came back to Premium because of the owners and the incredible inventory. The team worked with me on the best financing options available and were very patient and knowledgable Overall, I could not be more thrilled with my purchase. They even took the time before I drove off the lot to show me some of gadgets and technology in my new Mercedes Benz! Never in my life did I ever think that I would be saying “My Mercedes”! I had originally been shopping for a Subaru tribeca, and had found a nice looking one at Premium Autos online. I wasn't 100% sold on the car so for some reason I decided to check some of their other offerings. As I scrolled just a few cars below the Tribeca, low and behold what do I see, but a beautiful low miles Toyota Highlander hybrid, that's basically the same price! (actually 100 less!) I was having a little trouble getting excited about the Subaru, but when I saw the Highlander, I just knew. Slam dunk. I didn't think I could afford a one owner Highlander with under 90,000 miles on it, but I guess I was wrong. We love Toyota hybrids, so this new big boy fits right in with its siblings, a Camry hybrid and a Lexus Nx300h. Russ took great care of me, including talking me through some opening day jitters. (The gas cap pops nicely now but did need help from a nice fellow), and securing reasonable shipping costs was also a bonus. (This car now lives in sunny California) The car looks and drives great. We couldn't be happier with it. Overall a great experience, and I have as my wife can attest, bought a lot of cars through the years. Russ and the guys at Premium will treat you right. Just got mine Lexus RX here a couple of days ago and love it a lot! The car was as described and in like new condition. Extra clean and with no surprises whatsoever. The guys were really professional and not pushy at all. Was able to get car financed directly through them, right at the dealership within 30 minutes. Definitely coming back again and highly recommend it to everyone!
I had researched the kind of used vehicle I desired with the level of mileage I wanted and found it here. I live 4 hrs away so my daughter was able to pick up the vehicle for me. The salesperson told her and her husband to test drive it and during their drive they facetimed me while going over everything. All in all, they were extremely impressed with the vehicle and said I will love it. It will be about 10 more days before I can pick it up, but it is safe at their home. I am pleased and very thankful how this dealership made it easy for me to purchase this vehicle in spite of the distance. I can't wait to see it in person. Thank you. RAV4 Limited
I was in a position where I had to purchase a new car from a dealer due to certain job restrictions. In addition, I also had to purchase a second replacement car. Working with the popular car dealers was a complete headache! So much time and aggravation… and phone calls!!! In addition, any promise a new dealer will make, will never be put into writing. This is an industry standard. The purchase from the “well-known” dealer took over 75 hours of my time in total. In addition to being brand new, and a top-rated brand, I walked away with a small, normal vehicle to get me around town. Now, for my second vehicle that I had to purchase, I stopped in at Premium Auto Sales, Inc. in Mundelein. They had luxury vehicles. I figured, no way. Too much. Probably a scam with extreme sales pressure. I was completely wrong. I purchased a used SUV Lexus, in almost mint condition, for dollars far less than my brand-new car!! In addition, I had more options and comfortability. They let me take it to a mechanic, let me drive it around, and then asked me what I thought about it. After a brief discussion, and less than one-hour research, I bought the Lexus and have had it for many years. It runs great and is one of my favorite vehicles that I have ever bought.
