I couldn't be more pleased with the services here. I asked Chris to look at an oil leak issue and to give me a full inspection of the vehicle I just bought. While the news wasn't pleasant to hear, they did exactly what I asked and gave me a comprehensive review and report and showed me ways we could bundle repairs to save labor costs. Chris spent a great deal of time reviewing findings and what we (or I) could do now and what could wait. He followed-up with me a few days later thinking he could try some simple fixes before going all-in. This continued concern really impressed me. All his advise was honest and not self-serving as this is costing him money not to perform repairs. I truly trust in his professionalism and ethics. He will have a customer for life. Oh, and all this inspection and advice (as well as some quick fix issues he performed) was a very nominal cost. I was shocked at the extent of the inspection and time he spent with me and how little he charged me. I highly recommend this business based on my experience and knowing how much these cars cost to own. The extent Chris went to provide excellent service for a first time customer was outstanding. You don't get do-overs on that.

Good ongoing contact on diagnostics and costs, clean, friendly, knowledgeable. Will continue to go there-we have two 3-series sedans-an ‘06 and ‘15. Feel comfortable having both cars serviced. Derrick and Chris know their stuff!

I'm new to the area, so a friend of mine referred these guys to me and I'm so glad he did. They were very professional and extremely thorough. My check engine light came on and they found the problem and after discussing it with me, they fixed it. They also found a few other things that I need to get fixed in the near future. It was a great experience. Good honest mechanics are hard to find and I thankfully I found one.
These folks are great, very professional. Trust and integrity are high priority for me.
