I recently visited the store for a small repair, but arrived 20 minutes prior to the time the store was scheduled to open. The store owner spotted me waiting outside the door, invited me in, and took care of my repair on the spot! Raskin's consistently exceeds expectations!

Very pleased with Raskin's Jewelers and all the staff. I gave them quite a challenge this Christmas. My bride loves hedgehogs. How hard could it be to get hedgehog earrings? This year, Shara rose to the challenge, and working with the rest of the staff, finally found them. She texted me a photo but warned me they would be here until about mid-January, so, not for Christmas. No problem, I put the photo in a box and my princess was elated on Christmas day. December 30, Shara calls and let's me know they are in. Problem-I cannot get out for a while, she checks, and says she or someone will bring it out to my home-gift wrapped! Great job managing my expectations and going the extra mile!
