I love living here! Such a great & convenient location walkable distance to so many of my favorite places, right in the heart of downtown austin! Very private, safe, peaceful & quiet! & great value! Modern & spacious living with plenty of natural light for me & my plants! Management is also super helpful. So happy to call this place my home now!

Can’t beat the location- close to great restaurants, the trail, and easy access to Mopac. A great community, a super responsive front office, and a very professional (and fast) maintenance team. Katelyn and Corbin in the main office are always pleasant, helpful, and understanding. Really makes living here a excellent experience-Thank you!
I had a fantastic experience touring Pressler. The staff (I worked with Katelyn) was kind, attentive, and responsive. They worked with me on exactly what I was looking for and answered my many questions via phone and email. I'd highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a reasonably priced space with great amenities and great staff!
The apartments are fine but the finishes are definitely outdated. Overall the living experience here is fine and the office staff is friendly. But the pool situation is entirely out of control. It's a big pool so it gets packed and there is absolutely no enforcement of their own rules. First, basically no one at the pool lives here. It's common knowledge that the public parking garage is empty (because all of the retail spaces in the building are empty) so people park there and just follow a resident into the building. They recently limited pool hours to office hours, required masks, and asked for residents not to bring guests which has been a truly hilarious failure on all accounts. There are easily 75 people at the pool as I write this. Second, these non-residents play loud music and make the pool unbearable to use for the actual residents but also unbearable to have an apartment facing the interior courtyard. Most residents use the pool in the morning and leave before the crowds get here. I am not sure what's worse, the train noise on the outside of the building or the pool rats on the inside of the building. Pressler doesn't care and does next to nothing to make sure their biggest amenity benefits the residents who pay rent. They will respond to this review with their policies or a request to contact the staff. The rules are meaningless because they aren't enforced and the staff is very aware of the problem. I would suggest living somewhere else and just using our pool like every other person does.
Pressler Apartments location, amenities, and pricing can't be beat downtown. However, what makes this apartment standout above the rest is the management. They are always super responsive, kind, and helpful anytime that an issue comes up, big or small. I would highly recommend living here if you are looking to live in Downtown Austin.
