I contacted Prestige Documents regarding our case. I explained in detail about the case and that an Answer to the Complaint needed to be filed within 12 days. That we were on a limited time frame and our daughter was going into the hospital so I needed to make sure this could be taken care of. After a long conversation I was assured they have handled specific cases like ours and it would be 350 to do the Answer to the Complaint. We sent over our documents and paid the 350. Six days later while our daughter was in the hospital I received a phone call that they could not answer the complaint. Leaving us 2 1/2 business to try and find an attorney or paralegal firm to complete the paperwork. It also required my husband to have to leave the hospital 4 hours from our house so he could resend documents if need be. 16 days later, calls and emails and we are still waiting to be reimbursed, not to mention the 50 they are keeping for eview\ of the documents we sent. They made two already hard situations even harder and took our money.
