Sadly I've been here on multiple occasions. However every experience has been a great one. The staff is always professional, helpful, and nice. They don't ever seem to be impatient with anyone. Treats everyone with the same respect and care. All the staff seem to genuinely care not just about their job and what they do but for the abundance of different people that come in for there care. I believe you have to have a different level of patience and understanding in the medical field. They have it! I recommend prime Medical Center on Town East to anyone in need of an urgent care where they can feel comfortable and will be genuinely cared for.

It was amazing I can’t remember the nurses name that did me and my wife’s and 3 kids covid tests but she was amazing with my kids the last places I’ve been to they were to rough with them thank you so much for an amazing expierence ️
Everybody was very nice! We weren’t able to make an appointment so we were a walk in but the process was all really fast. I appreciate the kindness and quickness in taking care of our family.
I used Waze to find the closest COVID testing center on my trip to visit my family across the state. I walked in, filled out paper work and waited less than 10 minutes to be called back. The nurse was magical, and so nice with my baby son. They quickly swabbed for flu, strep, and COVID, and 30 minutes later, my COVID results came back positive! The PA was very kind when giving the bad news. All in all, these nice folks saved me from driving 6 hours to see my unvaccinated parents and 36 weeks pregnant sister after getting a false negative at another facility. THANK YOU!
The wait wasn't long. Dr.Fuijji is very nice and informative. The front office staff very helpful and friendly.
