I used Andrews for the first time a few weeks ago and am very happy with the service. I was traveling to Minneapolis for a week of work and knew Andrews had an excellent reputation. I dropped off my Saab on Monday night using their convenient Hopkins Crossroad drop off/loaner pickup location. This was very smooth and everything was right on time. From here on out, communication was great and they worked closely with me to ensure all repairs were completed by my Friday departure. They were efficient and Don is extremely knowledgeable and friendly about the service they perform. Whenever possible, I'll be entrusting my Saab to Andrews of Princeton.

As a three SAAB family it is important to us to find a Service center we can trust for quality, price and Customer Service. Andrews Has all three! Great job! Recently had my 1991 Saab convertible serviced. The service performed was perfect, and Don went out of his way to personally deliver my vehicle. Great job again!
After a frustrating experience dealing with the limited options for servicing a SAAB in Minneapolis, and the cost, my wife and I turned to Andrews Inc. of Princeton. We have not been disappointed. The convenience of local pick-up at Hopkins Crossroad and free loaners works great. I have found the service staff honest and forthcoming in work which needs to be done immediately and what may need attention in the future. No one likes to put extra money into their vehicle, but with Andrews Inc. of Princeton, I trust their recommendations and know I am getting a fair price and the best service.
This is the second time I have take my Subaru to Andrews Inc for service. I have only had the best of experiences with them. They are thorough, professional, and accommodating in every way. I don't let just anyone touch my Subaru! I especially like the fact that they are never too busy to explain why some work is needed (or not), and they helped me prioritize the work needed so that I didn't have to have everything done at one time. That was very much appreciated!
I purchased my Saab from Andrews. and my experience was beyond my expectations. They stand behind their vehicles and service. Everyone is very friendly and their goal is to make sure you are satisfied with everything. I will continue to do business with them in the future, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Excellent service by excellent people. Their pricing has been fair, their work top-notch, and their customer service has been excellent. I always feel at ease bringing my SAAB in. I know that it'll be well cared for. I'm very glad to have discovered top notch care for my SAAB close to home!
Great seller. We bought a 2012 Suburu Forester (used) from Andrews, Inc. Chuck and Linda were a pleasure to work with. We felt no pressure ever, the price was right, and a fair offer for our trade in vehicle. We looked at other dealers for this same car, but Andrews won out. Professional, friendly, respectful, fair and honest We felt good buying from them. I would recommend Andrews Inc of Princeton to anyone.
I am from Chicago and have been living in the Twin Cities for a good number of years. My son went to St. Cloud State and while there he worked for a Foreign Auto Service and use to go to Andrews and pick up parts. He told me "Dad you have got to do business with these people, they are outstanding". I have purchased 2 cars from Andrews and I am soon going to purchase a 3rd one. I would never shop any place else why would you waste your time or you dollars! Sales, Service the best in Minnesota, don't waste your time or money some place else buy at Andrews.
